My creative journey
I am Anna-Maria, the face behind AMPellegrini Art & Design
Growing up with a gate that lead from the garden into the forest I have always loved going on woodland walks from a young age, discovering tiny crawlers, following bees around and picking berries. My hand painted nature illustrations are inspired by wild gardens, long woodland walks and the English countryside which I then develop into print designs for the home from my London studio. Combining my bursting designs with high quality, durable materials speaks of my German-Italian heritage
Welcome to my studio!
Here is where I get messy with paints, pack your online orders and prepare for craft fairs. I am part of a large artist studio community in East London. All of my designs are based on my original hand-painted acrylic illustrations which are then scanned in and developed into bold, botanical print designs for tea towels, aprons, oven gloves and more. I work with a trusted British textiles manufacturer that produces the kitchen and home textiles range to my specifications, meeting the highest quality standards. That way I can offer tea towels and aprons that are not only beautiful but also useful.
My hand-made marble stone coasters are made by myself which is always great fun!
Let’s connect!
You can meet me throughout the year in and around London at various craft fairs and markets including Crafty Fox Market, Horniman Market and The Big Fair in Hampstead. This gives you the chance to feel the quality of the products in person, explore my complete collection range and maybe even discover some products I might be trialling in person before putting them online.
Once per year we also host an Open Studio, which I would love for you to be part of. So, if you would like be kept in the loop, sign up to my floral news mailing list where I regularly (but not unnecessarily) update my customers about upcoming events, product launches or exclusive offers.
