AMPellegrini Art & Design (referred to as AMPellegrini Art & Design, "we", "us" or "our" in this privacy policy) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you how AMPellegrini Art & Design collects and processes your personal data through your use of our website, including any data you may provide through this website when you sign up to our newsletter OR purchase a product or service OR take part in a price draw.

Our website may also collect, use and share Aggregated Data  such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not  directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data  about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data, information about criminal convictions and offences). Please refrain from disclosing any type of such information when using our website or interacting with us.

Please note that this website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

If you fail to provide personal data

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract or agreement we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (including providing you with goods or services you requested). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have requested or purchased through our website but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

7. Data Retention

We will  keep basic information about our customers (including Contact and Identity Data) for two years. We may keep Financial andTransaction Data for five years for tax purposes. In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your data: see section 9 “Your legal rights” below for further information.

10. Third Parties Services

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects Technical Data (including Web pages you visited prior to coming to this website) and Usage Data and when you visit this website.

Squarespace needs the data to run this website, and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyses the data in a de-personalized form. We share Identity Data, Financial Data and Transaction Data with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.

Our website may include links to third party websites, plug-ins and applications such as third party payment providers Paypal and Stripe. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. Third Parties that are based or have facilities in a different jurisdiction than either you or us may use your data according to the laws of the jurisdiction they operate from.
