This floral hand-printed marble tile coaster shows a hand-painted acrylic illustration of a deep pink hardy geranium. This hand-painted floral illustration is surrounded by some fuzzy grass and small garden leaves as well as a dandelion that adds a contrasting yellow spot of colour to the design. Placed against a gradient of sky blue watercolour in the background, the pink flower really stands out.

The originally hand-painted illustration of the pink hardy geranium is surrounded by small garden leafs and fuzzy grass growing in various shades of green; from a dark forest green to a true grass green and a soft pastel mint green. The bright yellow dandelion adds a fresh contrasting splash of yellow to the design. At a closer look, you will notice the fine burgundy pink veins that are running through the pink petals. The fading out sky blue watercolour gradient in the background lets the natural stone texture of the marble shine through and it gives the appearance, the flower has been painted directly onto the stone. This pink flower coaster would make a lovely Christmas present for your mum.

This floral marble coaster is the perfect Christmas present for a nature and flower lover and adds an artistic and joyful touch to any dining and kitchen table. The coaster is very versatile and can be used to hold your freshly brewed coffee mug, a sweet summer drink or a small plant pot or vase. The marble tile underneath the printed floral design has a natural stone texture and rounded rustic edges. The print has been sealed with a protective tile varnish to protect the surface from heat, stains and water. The varnish has a slight satin finish. Hot cups and mugs can be placed onto the coaster without any worries, but it is recommended to be careful with hot oven trays, pots and pans. The cork backing prevents any table surfaces from getting scratched and holds the signature teal green AMPellegrini Art & Design logo, which has been ink-stamped with permanent waterproof ink.

The stone coaster comes tissue wrapped with a small card containing care instructions and if you buy 4 coasters or more, they come in a small gift box. Anna-Maria Pellegrini has painted all the acrylic illustrations and created the design for the Pink Hardy Geranium tile coaster in her East London Hackney-based home studio. The hand-printing process is also done by Anna-Maria herself. Due to the handmade nature of this product and the rustic finish of the tile itself, not two coasters are exactly the same. The marble coaster is entirely Made in the UK - from sourcing the raw materials to the final print finish - and then carefully wrapped, packed and dispatched by Anna-Maria.
