This bright yellow Chanterelle decoration is a must on every mushroom lover’s Christmas tree this year. Are you looking for a small gift for your fungi fanatic friend? Then this is the perfect little mushroom present for them. The Chanterelle Christmas tree ornament is made from a 3 mm thick birchwood. My hand painted mushroom illustration has directly been printed onto the wood and then cut out with a laser cutter. The laser cutting process leaves a burnt brown edge all around the illustration, which is mainly visible when you look at it form the side. The high quality print shows the smallest paint details which gives the impression the chanterelles have been painted directly onto the wood. When you flip the mushroom ornament around you can find a transparent removable sticker with my AMPellegrini Art & Design logo.

The toadstool tree decoration is part of my Woodland Shrooms collection and the same illustration can be found on my range of mushroom textiles and homeware. It complements my Woodland Shrooms tea towel and Woodland Shrooms greeting card to create a special gift for a mushroom and fungi lover. The original artwork for the Chanterelles Christmas ornament has been hand painted by myself, Anna-Maria Pellegrini. I am based in East London in the UK, where I have a studio and create all my botanical illustrations. Coming from a textile design engineering background, material and print quality are the main criteria when developing new products. Every Fly Agaric Christmas tree ornament comes wrapped in tissue paper and is sent in a flat backed envelop or in a parcel if you order more items from my website.
